Apply for the 2024 UN OHCHR Minorities Fellowship Program!

Applications for the 2024 United Nations (UN) OHCHR Minorities Fellowship Program are now being accepted. The Minorities Fellowship Program was established in 2005 and is a comprehensive training program for human rights defenders belonging to national, ethnic, religious and linguistic minorities. By the end of the program, participants will have furthered their knowledge of the United Nations system, and international human rights instruments and mechanisms in general, and those relevant to minorities in particular. This knowledge should enable them to train their own communities and organizations.
Furthermore, this fellowship program enables human rights defenders to get to know colleagues from around the world, as well as staff members of various NGOs and the United Nations.
More information about eligibility and the application process can be found on the program’s website.
